January 2 found us getting reacquainted with Phnom Penh. It felt like coming home, especially when we went to Phsa Thmey (Central Market) for a traditional breakfast of pork blood soup and a stroll among the vendor stalls.
This time, we weren't nearly as anxious about the city's body-to-body and bumper-to-bumper traffic as we were last year. Even our tuk-tuk driver's occasional unanticipated U-turns hardly interrupted our conversation.
Great color. Isn't it amazing what we can get used to. Enjoy more this year than last! You'll not have the anxiety.
